Terms & Conditions
- Quotation for design will depend on the complexity of artwork.
- Final quotation of design will be given after the agreement of design concept.
- 50% deposit will be due before commencement of artwork.
- Any major adjustments to artwork after first draft will be subject to additional costs.
- If artwork is submitted to us ready to print. EcoPrintCo is not responsible for the
Accuracy or legality of any information on the printing products
- Printing quote is valid for 30 days only.
- Payment is strictly upfront to be paid before commencement of delivery.
- Prices quoted are subject to sighting of copy or artwork.

- Any adjustments after completing the artwork approval form will be subject to
additional costs.
- Printing needs to be picked up from our office (unless otherwise arranged).
Deliveries to other locations will incur extra charge.
- Print color may vary from your proof, monitor and even from previous job. If an exact
match is required, please supply us previous printing products. We shall endeavour to
match this sample. However, 100% match is not guaranteed.
- GST is included in all quoted prices.

Chemical less process Pearl Dry CTP plate (Process plates without any
harmful chemical)
Ink remove solvent for roller wash for all of our offset presses has been
processed from waste cooking oil
Environmental accreted digital machinery from FujiXerox (700 Digital Colour Press)
Heidelberg QMDI offset press. Fast make ready allow us to use small amount of
set up paper sheets.
Roland Eco-solvent large format printing machine with durable Eco-solvent ink. Film
lamination is not required. Save more unrecyclable waste.
Biodegradable film is used for lamination as a more eco-friendly alternative
